Returns Policy
Effective Date: June 2025
At The Duke Apparel, we want you to feel like a legend in everything you wear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back with a fair and simple returns policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item if:
It was purchased within 30 days of the return request
It is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached
It was not purchased on clearance or final sale (unless faulty)
2. How to Return an Item
To lodge a return or exchange:
Email us at customerservice@thedukeapparel.com.au with your order number and reason for return
We’ll respond with return instructions and a return address
Once received and approved, we’ll issue your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
You’ll receive confirmation once your refund has been issued
4. Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? No problem.
Let us know what you’d like to exchange for
We’ll hold the item until your original one is returned
Exchange shipping back to us is at your expense; we’ll cover the shipping of the replacement item back to you (AUS orders only)
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered:
Email us within 7 Business Days of receiving it
Include photos and a brief description
We’ll sort it fast — with a replacement, exchange, or full refund including shipping
6. Items We Can’t Accept Back
Items worn, washed, or altered
Items without original tags/packaging
Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
We recommend using a tracked service as we can’t guarantee receipt without it
