Returns Policy

Effective Date: June 2025

At The Duke Apparel, we want you to feel like a legend in everything you wear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back with a fair and simple returns policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if:

  • It was purchased within 30 days of the return request

  • It is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached

  • It was not purchased on clearance or final sale (unless faulty)

2. How to Return an Item

To lodge a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at customerservice@thedukeapparel.com.au with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and a return address

  3. Once received and approved, we’ll issue your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • You’ll receive confirmation once your refund has been issued

4. Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? No problem.

  • Let us know what you’d like to exchange for

  • We’ll hold the item until your original one is returned

  • Exchange shipping back to us is at your expense; we’ll cover the shipping of the replacement item back to you (AUS orders only)

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered:

  • Email us within 7 Business Days of receiving it

  • Include photos and a brief description

  • We’ll sort it fast — with a replacement, exchange, or full refund including shipping

6. Items We Can’t Accept Back

  • Items worn, washed, or altered

  • Items without original tags/packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a tracked service as we can’t guarantee receipt without it
