At The Duke Apparel, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find all the information you need about our shipping process, timeframes, and options.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for us to pick, pack, and dispatch your order.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Within Australia

We offer flat-rate and express shipping via Australia Post and other trusted carriers.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $120 AUD (Standard shipping only)

Delivery times may vary based on your location and any unexpected postal delays.

3. International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping costs and timeframes will be calculated at checkout.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery time varies by destination (typically 7–21 business days).

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.

  • We cannot control or predict customs delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor its progress.

5. Delivery Issues or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel is delayed or missing, we’ll work with the courier to locate it.

  • If your item is marked as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier first.

  • The Duke Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

For any pre-ordered items, the expected shipping date will be clearly noted on the product page. These items will be shipped once available.
